Among Eide's most important core values is personal development and promoting from within. The organization takes training, education and development very seriously. All new associates go through a comprehensive orientation and training program upon hire. On-going training and development are also provided. As a result of this, the Eide dealerships promote almost exclusively from within. Apprentice Technician

Our organization has a unique program for investing in and developing young technicians called Eide Tech Path. This program will allow you to obtain a certification in automotive tech while learning on the job in a real world environment. As an Apprentice Technician, you will work under an experienced Master Technician who will help provide mentorship and skill development coaching. Automotive Technician is a sought after career field and we want to help you succeed in this growing, challenging, and rewarding profession by investing in you and providing you financial assistance.
