After a less than ideal experience at another local dealership, I was referred by a coworker to Eide Ford in Mandan. I was looking to buy a vehicle with a very specific (and apparently somewhat rare) combination of features, and I did not want to wait for one to be ordered and assembled, nor did I want to compromise on the options. Lee Belohlavek and Adam Griffith were able to locate one that was exactly what I was looking for, obtain it, and get it delivered here within a week- far exceeding all of my expectations. 10/10 experience, would highly highly recommend!!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a Kia Sportage from Eide Kia in Mandan. We had the best experience. Our salesman, Brandon, was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. Making sure we knew how to operate the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Isaac in Finance explained what we needed to know in a very friendly and professional way. Adam Griffith made sure our purchasing experience went smoothly which we are so grateful for. We love our new Kia Sportage and will definitely tell others about our Eide Kia experience.

The car buying experience from Edie Kia in Mandan was the best I have ever had. Zack Wanner was amazing to work with. He made the test drive fun! He explained everything very well. Due to a bad experience at a previous dealership I was hesitant to even go in. From Zack the salesman to Adam the Sales Manager to Jaime in finance the entire experience was great. Thanks guys. And I love my new KIA.

Eide service department was great to work with. Friendly and professional staff. When another Dodge dealership in a nearby town, had my vehicle for four days with no answer of what the issue was, I had my Durango towed to Eide. They got my vehicle in same day and diagnosed. Jocelyn was amazing to work with professional and friendly. Adam in the service department was knowledgeable and honest. I'm glad that I brought my vehicle to Eide for repairs. Thank you, all.
