What a great experience dealing with Tyler in sales and don pask the general manager. I had a 2025 ram 1500 etorque that corwin ram in fargo would not help me anymore with due to ram calling it a lemon and don and his team picked right up and got me into a new 2025 ram 1500 set right away and no issues whatsoever. Don's team performed at 100percent satisfaction and talent in working with them in this difficult situation. Definitely coming back and recommend them to anyone in the state.

I just purchased a 2024 Dodge Durango GT Blacktop from the EIDE crew in St Cloud completely over the phone after I found it on their website. From Tim (the salesman) to Tom (store/sales manager) to Don to Nate and I think there was a Will too - ALL of these guys were AMAZING! I was almost convinced by a local dealership that EIDEs advertised prices were way too good to be true! I called and spoke with Tim first and he reassured me that the advertised price was in fact exactly how much I would pay for it (+tax, title, and license). Next, I spoke with Tom about my trade in until we came to a price we both agreed on and I was very happy with and he said they would deliver it right to my work Friday during my lunch break!! Then Nate called and he was trying to finish up the purchase agreement quickly to get it to my lender before 5pm. There was a few hiccups with the numbers so then Don called me and went over the numbers with me and explained EVERYTHING clearly and before the end of the night the correct purchase agreement was sent. First thing in the morning my lender called and the papers were ready for me to sign. I picked up the check and Friday morning my beautiful brand new Durango arrived! My point is every single one of the guys I spoke to went above and beyond to not only make this deal happen but to make sure I was a very happy satisfied customer! Of course they want to sell cars but their customer service is outstanding! I have already referred a few friends to them and I know they will be take care of! THANKS ST. CLOUD EIDE!!
