I paid cash, was nice that they allowed me to swipe the card for the money due to my bank not being one that this state has. Besides on military bases which is pretty far away. Was not sure if I was going to be buying it first day. But later that evening I messaged him at about 9:40 at night and bought the truck he helped me then and then he came in the morning of his day off to finish up the paper work. If I bought another truck from this dealership I would deal with him.

Great experience from the start! Inquired about an F150 that I came across on autotrader and Justin was in contact with me a short time later. Justin was very accommodating to my questions & any concerns that I had. His communication was prompt throughout the week as I live a couple hours from Eide/St. Cloud. Sabrina was also very efficient as she worked out the financing over the phone and had everything ready for me when I went to pick up the vehicle.

Found a 2021 Ram on Eide website, the pictures were very good, I called Justin took my call answered my questions we settled on a couple of things. I then worked with Whitney to confirm all the information and paperwork . Both Justin and Whitney were great to work with. I also spoke to Harley I believe he’s the sales manager just to confirm the deal they will willing to deliver the truck, I live 5 hours away, so we settled on my wife and I picking up the truck. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
