Kia was very professional and helped me with my 2021 Kia Seltos. There was an engine recall that my Kia just so happened to be one of and shortly before finding out that mine had a part that was recalled, the transmission went out. I was very lucky to have had some warranty left on the vehicle and Kia replaced both the engine and the transmission in a timely manner and made sure I had a rental car provided as well. I couldn’t have been happier with Alex and Riley’s assistance and urgency in the distress of my car situation. And their service curtesy drive Mike was phenomenal very funny and pleasant to be around. Thanks again Kia and everyone involved in the process.

I'd like to say my fiance had a horrible experience at eide Chrysler but then she went to nate at eide ford Lincoln on expressway and Ben, Mike , and Dave came together and gave her a good experience and in turn we bought a suburban that fit her needs and with the team work it all went great thank you eide ford Lincoln.

We had a great experience from start to finish! We live 5.5 hours away, so communication was key. Noah made sure we had all of our questions answered and sent multiple pictures and videos… He was/is a top notch salesman :) Rene in financing was a pleasure to work with as well! He was very thorough and put in the extra effort to get us the numbers we were comfortable with. After leaving the dealership, we noticed that there was a gash in the side wall of one of the tires. I contacted Noah and he immediately got us in to contact with Mike (Service and Parts Director). Mike saw to it that our tire be fixed in our hometown, free of charge. The communication and willingness to go the extra mile is what sets Eide St. Cloud on the top end of car dealerships! 10/10 recommend

Tom and Mike were great to work with. Through no fault of their own, they had to handle a challenging situation involving my Jeep and certain jeep/fiat OEM parts eccentricities. Tom listened and really seems to embody the “customer first” mantra and he made the process absolutely painless. It’s not hyperbole when I say he went above and beyond to resolve the situation.
