Ryan is a top notch sales manager and got me the best prices he could. They may not have the inventory that their competitors have, but they will find you the exact vehicle you want and do their damnedest to get it. They want your business and will do their best to keep it. When it comes time to buy another Ford, I know exactly where I’ll be going. 1/10/2026 update: I just bought my FIFTH vehicle from Merlin. Hands down the best Salesman in Bismarck and Mandan. Ryan is still awesome to deal with and they both made sure we left happy.

Eide Chrysler was pleasant to work with. I found a reasonably priced car in good condition. Ryan was a good sales person, very personable and open to discussion. Eide went through paperwork and explained the purchase. No issues. Just good business. I refinanced my car loan and added Gap Insurance on March 19th with Whitney Schick. There were no issues and Whitney moved through the process quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed a few laughs along the way. On March 20th, I brought the new car in for first service. I was leary due to past reviews under a different ownership. The service was quick and the staff seemed helpful and sincere. Again all 3 dates, all 3 deserve 5 stars.

If I could give 10 stars I would they treated me like a valued customer from the second I called, had a had a terrible experience at ryan motors in williston trying to scam me so I figured I would take my business anywhere else and Eide Chrysler did not disappoint one bit from the sales people to the finance manger they showed me what it means to create a life time customer I can honestly say that I can recommend this place to my loved ones with a clear mind knowing that will be taken care of Crayno Rayfield the car sales man deserves a raise if he hasn't already got one.
